Evidence
The All Wales Convention is collecting opinion from the people of Wales about their thoughts on current powers of the Assembly, and what further law-making powers might mean.
We are collecting evidence in a number of ways, including via:
- Formal written evidence based on the consultation questions;
- Email;
- Our online forms;
- Oral evidence collected via both formal sessions and our public events.
In this section you will find written evidence that we have received and transcripts of the formal oral evidence gathering sessions.
We are grateful to all those who have submitted evidence. As of 21/08/09 we have received 592 contributions.
Please note that the Convention will publish all evidence received via hard copy, email and online forms so long as it is not defamatory, offensive, or clearly outside of the Convention's Terms of Reference. The Convention will also publish verbatim transcripts of the oral evidence gathering sessions scheduled to take place. All evidence will only be published in the language in which it was received or given.
