Public Events
The Convention's role is to inform and engage, so it doesn't matter if you don't understand much about devolution. The events will give you an introduction to the topics under discussion and give you an opportunity to voice your opinions.
This is your opportunity to have your say on how Wales is run in the future. Please come along - get informed and get engaged!
All events are free but pre-booking is appreciated (with the exception of the Roadshows, where you can simply turn up).
To attend one of the free events, visit our registration page (external link) or call the Events Hotline on 029 2069 4997.
Question Time
An opportunity to ask questions of a panel of people involved with the All Wales Convention and to hear their standpoints on the debate.
Discussion Groups
A two-hour session, where a representative of the All Wales Convention will initially explain the remit of the public consultation and will gather the opinions of those present. There will be an opportunity for you to speak publicly at the microphone or, if you prefer, to write your comments down on paper.
Roadshows
The Roadshow trailer will visit popular shopping areas during the daytime. Representatives from the All Wales Convention will be on hand to discuss the issues with you on a one-to-one basis and to listen to your viewpoint.
Parent and Toddler Groups
A chance to speak informally, on a one-to-one basis, with Representatives of the Executive Committee. Tell us about your experiences of the National Assembly for Wales and give us your take on the debate for further law-making powers.
Tea Dance and Discussion Groups
As above, a chance to speak informally with representatives of the Convention's Executive Committee and to express your views and opinions.
