Feedback from Caernarfon session
Shan Ashton, who is a member of the Executive Committee of the All Wales Convention, organised a session in Caernarfon for a group of people from a range of community and voluntary organisations to discuss a number of issues relating to devolution in Wales.
The Chair of the Convention, Sir Emyr Jones Parry, introduced the session, which was facilitated to take the participants through a series of issues and questions relating to devolution and the Assembly's law making powers.
The report of this facilitated discussion is attached and is a reflection of the different views expressed. Some of these are outside the remit of the Convention itself, and naturally, all who attended do not necessarily share all the opinions expressed.
