Europe and Local Government Evidence Gathering – 10 June 2009
An evidence gathering session concentrating on Europe and local government issues was held by the All Wales Convention in Aberdare Hall, Cardiff University.

Sir Emyr Jones Parry was joined on the panel by Committee members Rob Humphries, Harry Ludgate and Shereen Williams. They heard evidence from:
- Welsh Assembly Government experts on European issues – Desmond Clifford, Cathy Presland and Elisabeth Jones;
- Andy Klom, Head of the European Commission in Wales;
- Welsh Assembly Government experts on Local Government issues – Emyr Roberts, Reg Kilpatrick and David Powell.
